The charge is for a subscription to SLS.
Click on the login Help page at SLS. Enter the email address you used when you signed up and we will email your account info.
If you are not able to sign in to your account, please try the following:
Are you using the correct member name and password?
Make sure you’re using the member name and password that you provided during the sign up process. Please note that the password is case sensitive so make sure your using correct capitalization, and avoid including extra spaces.
Have you deleted your cache and cookies?
You may try clearing your cache and cookies. How do I clear my cache.
To clear your browser cache, select “Clear Recent History” from the “Tools” menu, choose ‘Everything’ as the “Time range to clear” and then check-off the “Cache” option and click on the “Clear Now” button.
To clear your cache, click on the “Tools” drop-down menu in the upper right of your screen and select “Internet Options”. In the Browsing History section, click on the “Delete” button and then check the box for “Temporary Internet Files” and click the “Delete” button at the bottom right of that window.
If our site is telling you that you do not have Flash installed:
This can be due to a firewall setting on your computer and mainly happens on our group page. Please send a message to our TechSupport profile and let them know which firewall software you are using and they will give you the settings to try.
If you are a member on a recurring billing plan goto MY ACCOUNT. Then you will see an option to stop your recurring rebill from that page.
Your account is the same as your profile. To delete your profile, click on the “Tools” link in the left hand menu and then select “Delete Your Profile” from the Tools screen. You will have to enter the e-mail address that you signed up with for security purposes. If you have a recurring billing you will be prompted to stop that first.
You can change your password or email (and many other attributes of your profile) any time by updating your profile. Click the “Tools” button on the left menu, then click “Update Profile”. There will be several screens of information that you can update. Just click the tabs at the top of the screen to update the current screen and move to the next screen.
